1) Open the Telegram app and tap on the  three lines menu icon at the top left.

2) Now, go to "settings" and tap on it.

3) Then, tap on "data and storage"

4) Under "Disk and network usage", tap on "Storage Path" and select the desired storage location.

5) To confirm your decision, tap on ‘Proceed’ if prompted. The confirmation pop-up only appears when you are switching from internal storage to SD card.

On Telegram, changing the storage path to SD card slows down the app performance.
